If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the 'Return' option next to your recent order to generate a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the product in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
